What is the 30 day risk free guarantee?

It's simple, give HIVE Hub a try and if you decide it's not right for you within the first 30 days, we'll refund any unused time — no questions asked.

What does development time entail?

Development hours can be used for anything development related — theme modifications and minor updates, modules, page builds, app marketplace integrations, etc. We have a team of experienced and talented developers that can tackle any of your HubSpot CMS development needs.

Custom API integrations are not included and would need to be quoted separately.

What happens if I need more time?

Depending on your package, you can purchase additional regular and development hours as needed.

Basic
Additional regular hours can be purchased for $200 per hour. Development hours are not available for purchase with this package.

Pro
Additional regular hours can be purchased at $167 per hour. Additional development hours can be purchased at $200 per hour.

Enterprise
Additional regular or development hours can be purchased at $150 per hour.

How do I cancel? What happens?

You can cancel at any time by reaching out to your HubSpot Admin and requesting cancellation. Cancellation must happen at least 2 business days before the next payment date. Once you cancel, you will have access to the remaining hours on your account through the end of the current subscription month. After that time any remaining time will be forfeited.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment through credit card or ACH.

Do unused hours roll over?

Unused hours do not roll over into the next month, but your HubSpot Admin will work closely with you and your team to get the most out of your time.
